I understand that I am registering my child(ren) for In-person Sunday Family Faith Formation. My children will attend SFF classes after the 9:30am Mass around 10:30 am. I understand that regular attendance is important for the success of their faith formation, and I agree to attend Mass with them regularly. Out of consideration for my own children, the teachers, and the other children, I will only send my children when they are completely free of symptoms of sickness and when I know of no risk for spreading disease.*
